The AVIVA PLAN For Frequent Users

THE AVIVA PLAN offers massage packages which allow you to be flexible with your bodywork sessions, and receive a discount. It encourages regular massage sessions, making the benefit to your body, mind and spirit greater. Research has clearly shown that regular massage therapy is more beneficial than many other complimentary wellness modalities. When used in conjunction with other wellness therapies, the benefits are multiplied.

At AVIVA, a frequent use is defined as someone who receives massage minimally once a month. A package of 5 must be used in 5 months and a package of 10 must be used in 10 months. Regrettably THE AVIVA PLAN may not be purchased as a gift certificate because of state laws regarding gift certificate expiration dates.

THE AVIVA PLAN package prices are for massage therapy and pregnancy massage, only. Chair massage, spa services, and energetic work are not available in the packages.

Packages may not be used with special discount coupons or discounted sessions through insurance plans.

**24 hour notice is always required to avoid being charged for the appointment. Missed appointments for frequent user package users are subtracted from the remaining sessions.

****Frequent user packages are pre-paid bundled sets of massage. Packages are sold with the honorable intent that you will use them within the set time. That is why you are receiving a discount. We do not issue refunds for these packages. This is a not membership so your obligation is only for the bundle purchased. The individual sessions may not be broken into pieces, i.e. an hour session is an hour session, not 2, 30 minute sessions to be used as 2 separate or 1, 30 minute with a 60 minute to create a 90 minute. If you desire to add 30 minutes to your 60 minute packaged session we will gladly add on 30 minutes payable at the time of the service.
